Resources

The Northern Territory education landscape is diverse with over 40% of students having a language background other than English.   The needs of learners at all stages of schooling are met through the three components of an effective teaching and learning program - curriculum, pedagogy and assessment.  Through these components teachers plan, teach and assess to develop high levels of learner outcomes for all students including English as a second language learners, new arrivals, and children with special needs.
